What is your personal motto?
The only way to get rid of temptation is to give into it.
Please watch:
I happen to like Friday the 13th and so today I am celebrating.
I still don't have a job or money, but maybe my bike came in today and I can forget all about that and enjoy some sun blowing through my hair.
And some bugs in my teeth!
So ROCO for Friday and the weekend too. It's time.
+$40.00 in cash = $58.23
All the money I have to live on for the rest of the month. Until my dad gives me more money to pay the rent.
This has to last me 19 days ...
and I have to put gas in my car and drive to my mom's tonight.
So really....
I have roughly $8.23 to keep me going for the next 19 days.
I have never been so poor or desperate for money.
I'm going to have to beg my parents for money....
i hate this.
(it's time to smell like french fries. I swore I never would work fast food.. and here I am at 22 completely devoid of job skills and forced to flip burgers with no tomatoes. I hate my life)
I loathe:
- THE FACT THAT IT IS SNOWING OUT SIDE RIGHT NOW AS I TYPE!!! IT"S FUCKING JUNE, WEATHER, JUNE... not January. This shit is out of control
- Still waiting for 'the phone call'
- having no money and no source short of prostituting myself to make said money.
- getting behind on plucking my eyebrows
- being gassy when you're sleeping next to a guy. No fun
- Being taunted by cream pies at the store and knowing there is nowhere in town to buy just a slice to satisfy my craving forcing me to purchase a whole pie to satisfy one craving
- The fact the it's still snowing as I finish this post....
- fresh strawberries in oatmeal for breakfast
- hot hot hot coffee with cream and sugar
- feeling accomplished because I went to the gym yesterday and have been working hard
- knowing that in a year I'll be done with school.
That's my new favorite noise to express my displeasure at something. So since today is Monday, I think it's time for the Blarg post.
What really blargs me:
- when people don't say bless you when I sneeze ( I don't know why this bothers me)
- rainy weather that's acting more like April than June.
- STILL not having my bike (although, I shouldn't complain because I saved so much money and the past two weeks the weather has been crappy)
- Waiting for hear from people and knowing that I'm so close to knowing if I got the job or not. (I find out tomorrow)
- Not having a job and having a really useless set of skills to try and get a job with.
- Gas costing $3.95 a gallon, seeing my car on empty and knowing I don't have even enough money for a quarter of a tank.
Things I loathe with the fire of 1,000 suns:
- doing laundry
- paying to do said laundry
- waiting for the phone to ring
- Being bored when I know there is a world full of things just waiting to entertain me.
- Things being so dirty you don't know where to start cleaning
- Feeling overwhelmed in general.
- Warm cookies out of the oven.
- Soft kisses that take your breath away
- Getting a phone call for an interview!!!! (I feel like I have a chance of getting this job!)
- The idea that sooner or later I will have a bike. (I need to order than today)
- Learning how to swing dance.
Okay, so that's not how the Elton John song goes, but it's how my night is starting. Getting all gussied up and going out after fajitas. Sounds like it should be a good night, maybe play some pool.. who knows.
I'm hoping to get some good pictures if I'm lucky. I haven't taken any really good shots since March and it's killing me.
Well, I'm off to curl my hair in the hopes that being gorgeous will somehow shine luck on me.
For some reason, I thought today was Wednesday. I have no idea why. Weird.
Things I loathe:
- not having a job and not getting one phone call for an interview.
- when food goes bad before you eat it
- the price of gas
- when my cat gets so dirty I have to give her a bath
- making an ass out of myself
- getting a super sweet bike at a super sweet price
- desserts during summer evenings
- family
- summer fruits
- iced coffee
Oh yes! I am so freaking excited!!!! Today, I bought my first bike.
I had to special order it because of how small I am, but lucky for me John, who works at the bike show was able to get me a sweet deal. He saved me $160 and didn't make me pay shipping. It's such a sweet bike and I'm so excited to take it out on the open road. Yay for bicycles.
on I'm voting Republican...
